Directions:

I’ve always worn clip in hair extensions for 20 years. Dyed my hair every colour possible. I was fed up of not being able to run my fingers through my hair and habit of clipping the extensions, but so impatient to let it grow. But I was determined this time but im a person if I don’t see results in a week then the extensions are going back in seriously! Well not now, my mother in law suggested these tablets and now I would never look back, I just wish I knew this sooner! My hair felt different in a week and now nearly two months after starting these, the thickness, length and condition is something I thought I’d never achieve so quickly.I would recommend these tablets!The white T-shirt was my first pic before starting the tablets – thinned out flat damaged hair, second with blue T-shirt on is a month later.. thicker! Third pic is today nearly two months and the picture compared to the first shows it all! From someone who is impatient and was addicted to hair extensions (weirdly) lol this is definitely a product I’d recommend! Never put hair extensions in again!

People who took these supplements for 3 weeks or less gave the worst reviews simply because they do not understand that you don’t magically get results overnight or in 3 weeks for that matter!I decided to trial these for 3 months and then offer my findings in a review and so here it is!*** About me: ***Female26 years oldSome medical issues due to having PCOS*** Why I decided to start taking these supplements: ***I had started to recede on my hairline and my face and back were covered in nasty outbreaks of spots. I also had very dull blotchy skin due to stress and illness. I wanted something to help me look fresh again and boost my confidence so I had a look around and found these supplements.*** Price: ***Once I decided I wanted these supplements, I ordered them on a subscription which was cheap at only just over £10 per month for the 2 types of supplements (The original Micronutrient Tablets and the Nurti-dermal Capsules). They get delivered at the end of every month without me having to remember which is really convenient for me.*** Taking the Supplements ***They are quite large tablets so if you struggle taking tablets then you may want to take this into account before purchasing them. I think the photos speak for themselves. I will be staying on this hair tablet. I take 2 with my evening meal every night. It’s made a huge difference. I used to have handfuls of hair that came out in the shower and that’s stopped now. I was losing a lot of hair on my crown and that’s better now too. So pleased. The only downside I would give them as they are quite large to swallow and have a bit of an odd smell & taste to them. But I’ll still keep taking them.

I’ve been taking these 3 months now, and im finally ready to write a review.I decided to come off the combined pill around march 2023, and by July 2023, I started to notice huge clumps, about the size of a gerbil, coming out when I showered! (I wash my hair twice a week, and normally shed the size of a 50p piece each time I wash it) after about a month of not doing anything, my hair didn’t appear to be getting any better, and I decided maybe it was time to give these a shot.It’s worth noting that at the same time, I also got myself some rosemary oil which I diluted in some Avocado oil, and massaged into my scalp once every two weeksThe first pictures are from September 2023 and the last 2 are from January 2024. Personally I have seen a huge difference, I have lots of new growth, which has is about 2 inches long, when I run my hands through my hair, I feel hair instead of scalp.My confidence has bounced back, and yours can too! Give it a go, try some rosemary oil aswell, just for that extra oomph !
