I’ve been taking these for about two months now. I’m not entirely sure if they’ve made any difference, but I do like the fact that it’s multivitamin + omega 3 in one pack. They do not make me feel nauseous if I take them with out food and they don’t have an aftertaste.

My favourite vitamins, I’ve tried many others and they’re the only ones I’ve actually seen results from. I’ve been taking them for months now, my nails are stronger and my hair is growing stronger too. They need to be taken for at least 3months to show any result but they’re worth it. I just wish the pills were a little smaller.

I was a bit worried about buying vitamins off Amazon but I’ve been buying these for years and have had no issues. They are the same as the ones in the shops.I notice a difference in my nails in particular when I take these, they are much stronger. I’m not sure what else it’s doing but sometimes my diet is not great (when I’m ill or stressed) so I like to take these all the time just to make sure I’m getting everything I need.There’s no taste with either capsule.

Purchased these last month started them can’t comment on how well they work at this time but easy to swallow no after taste … issue this month is that the postage has increased to £25.00!! Absolute joke

Not entirely sure if they’re making any difference, maybe I didn’t need them, so that’s on me.A few warnings though: they’re quite big tablets, and there are two to take each day! They might make your pee a bit green (totally normal). And I highly recommend you take them on a full stomach, otherwise you might end up feeling very sick. Just have them at the end of a meal.
