Tiny tablets which is always good. I’m menopausal and my hair has suffered so much I bought a wig. But it’s gradually getting a bit thicker and I’m not losing loads on my brush. I have been using Nutrition Geeks for ages as they are value for money and tend to work. Easy to swallow as very small.they seem to improve speed of hair growth as im trying to grow out hair dye and go back to natural hair colour.Taken for a few weeks and they seem to be working.
