I’ve been taking these for one month now, and have not changed anything else about my diet or lifestyle. I’m noticeably happier, and have far more energy than before – not just because I’m now sleeping much better because of the gummies, I imagine having enough vitamins is helping too! I usually hit a slump at around 3pm, but haven’t had any kind of slump for about three weeks.It took about a week (give or take a few days) to notice change, but it is a night and day difference. For the first two weeks I took one gummy per day (because I didn’t read the instructions…) but even one gummy made me feel the difference.I’ll be repurchasing these over and over, and to get a months worth for £12, it’s roughly 40p per day to feel amazing – I know I’d happily spend way more than that for this energy and positive mood change!

My kids have a good balanced diet at home and school. And always go out after a good (reasonably!) healthy breakfast. However, and especially during the winter months, it is good to give them a Multi-Vitamin to boost their immune system of nothing else. These are more like a ‘treat’ than a multi-vitamin, so its easy to get them to take them. Its a good way to supplement their diet and they are easy to take. It is an additional expense, of course, but when it comes to their health I don’t mind that so much if it helps to keep them active.
