First of all, the parcel arrived in perfect condition, so did the product. No damages. It actually arrived a day early 😁There are 120 capsules in the tub and you’re meant to take 4 per day, which means that this will last you only one month. I’m not sure how often you should repeat this ‘treatment’ or whether you should take this continuously.Regardless, the capsules don’t have any smell or flavour and they are easy to swallow. It’s too early for me to talk about any differences however the ingredients included give me high hopes 😁

Been taking this for about 6 weeks and can already see the difference.My nails are stronger and longer, my hair looks thicker, and I like my reflection in the mirror more. These capsules come beautifully presented and in a dark container, great for preserving it’s contents.Unfortunately, you need a magnifying glass to read the instructions and, no mention of whether these should or not be taken with food, the recommended dose of 2400mg is only achieved by taking 4 capsules daily, which, if you are taking other supplements, is a bit much. There is no mention as to whether one could, instead, break the capsules into water, so, 4 a day it is.At the price, £9.99, 120 capsules appears to be good for a product like this but, if you are taking 4 a day that only adds up to a 1 month supply.The ingredients look promising but I am not expecting any real results after taking these for a month but am keeping fingers crossed. I have only given 4 stars because of having to take 4 capsules.
