I’ve been searching for a good collagen supplement for a while and this one is definitely great! I’ve been taking them for a couple weeks before I left a review, I’ve been taking 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening and have had good results. They’re really easy to swallow too, I definitely recommend. Bottle lasts a month if you take 4 a day are so good value!

I’ve just purchased my third tub of these as I think they need to be taken for a while to have any effect.Where shall I start….You need to take 4 a day, I don’t have many problems with tablets but if you do try taking them with a handful of something, I use blueberries, just as your about to swallow, pop the tablets in and it all goes down much easier if it’s coated in something. They taste a bit like smoked salmon – not a bad thing.I do think my nails feel better, they were very weak before and would peel a lot. I don’t have my nails done or anything to weaken them, they are just weak. For my skin, I’ve seen no difference yet. My hair does feel stronger and I do feel like less is coming out when I wash it.I shall continue with them and will come back at the end of month three for an update!
