I honestly thought these wouldn’t work and it was just worth a go. I cannot believe how well and how instantly these helped my 3 year old. She really struggled to switch off and bedtime was edging 9pm every night with her multiple requests, stories, chatting away and from the first night these have made a huge impact. She’s asking for bed now and goes to sleep after one or two books without any fuss!! We were in shock to be honest. We’ve had them 3 weeks now and continues to be asleep between 7-8pm. We give her one at 6pm ish. Amazing!!!

Bought for my 7 year old who was starting to play up at bedtime. Having read that magnesium can help kids to go to sleep I was keen to try these. In the nights we have remembered to take them my child has gone to sleep ok, but on other nights when we have forgotten they have also drifted off with no issues – so not actually sure if they work.She has said they taste very sweet, and (as I’ve found with other gummies), they are almost sickeningly soft. Would not purchase these again.

Reading the reviews thought it would be good for the kids sleep, my kids are good sleepers but sometimes they go through phases where they wake in the middle of the night. Didn’t work when I needed it, however it tastes really good, abit too good that my kids ask for more.
