Zinc supplements are really beneficial for people who suffer with acne/blemishes/pimples. A while back I was religiously taking Zinc, and totally forgot to order when I finished, although I was taking other vitamins. Around my monthly cycle I was always breaking out and it really bothered me. Then I remembered that I needed to order Zinc! Ordered these, started taking them before my next monthly cycle, and wow! Only got one pimple! Whereas without, I would have gotten far more pimples on my face. I’ll never forget again, and I am really impressed with this zinc supplement. It is said to take no more than 30mg. These are 20mg and they are perfect.

Get these with Quercetin tablets or make sure you drink lots of green tea. Both help your body absorb the zinc. (hydroxychloroquine does the same but has some nasty side effects)

I’ve been taking this daily for a few months. It’s so hard to tell if things like this work but I’ve been suffering with acne & boils etc for a while & since taking these I’ve had no boils. My skin is much clearer too. Iv’e also started eating less dairy & sugar so it could be that too! Either way I’ll keep taking them as I believe I’ll still get some goodness from them.The pills are quite small too so very easy to swallow.

Take a vast array of vitamins and wanted to add Zinc also began taking A and E all natural source vitamins have actually noticed my skin is alot clearer but do not know which vitamin to attribute it too or if it’s the combination of all three.

The 2 star is for the quick delivery, but This product is marketed as a Zinc supplement, but the main ingredient is Litothemium Calcareum. Also it’s got other ingredients like anti caking agents, silicon dioxide and protein coating -not sure if these are very safe. Also the seller doesn’t give an option for refund or to return item once it’s received.

Lots of new research shows that vitamin pills are basicallyuseless. Zinc has good data behind it. Zinc is an essentialtrace mineral for DNA synthesis, cell division, collagenformation, protein synthesis, and immune function – allnecessary processes for tissue regeneration andwound repair. Great!
