    These gummies are great for thickening hair and strengthening nails and after a little time taking them, they really made a difference. However, for some reason I stopped buying them and realised that was a big mistake as my hair started to thin again and my nails became weaker. As I get older I realise i need all the help I can get to keep hair, nails and skin on track, so decided to purchase them again. They are super easy to take, taste great and I know they will do a good job in combating this problem. Great product 😊
