I’ve only been taking this for the last 3 weeks but do feel I am seeing a difference in my skin and nails. My skin is looking better and definitely feel like a I have a bit of a glowiness about it. Nails feel like they’re getting stronger too which is great as my nails have always been weak (swear all the good keratin goes to my hair!) Bought these after paying a fortune for the gel drinks from a friend. I took them a bit haphazardly so could not really comment. THEN my nails were chipping, my skin was very dry (age 57) and my hands were very wrinkled….so I took them every day and have bought more as the difference is amazing. Not sure if it has boosted my energy levels but definitely feel a difference and my nails are now really strong and my skin is better as well.
