Easy to eat, have definitely strengthened my nails and I also find they curb my appetite for some reason. I have had liquid collagen in the past that has also done this but with nausea and bloating which these do not give me. Happy with the effects and the cost is not bad

I tried the traditional supplement pills of collagen and they were so big I found hard to swallow, so I was pleased to find there gummies. They taste nice and are easy to take. My one criticism is that they all stick together and can be a bit tacky to touch, making it hard to get out container. Otherwise would have been 5 stars..

I am in the middle of an auto aimmune diagnosis (lupus / scleroderma) and one of my symptoms is poor nails (there is more to it but won’t bore you). What a difference I have seen in my nails since taking these! My nails aren’t perfect (I have Raynauds too – part of the autoimmune) but loving my nails right now 🙂 😀

I had to ive these a 2 because they are all stuck together in a lump at the bottom of the bottle and almist impossible to pry apart but when you do they are very tasty and have improved hair and nails

I’ve been taking these gummies for 2 months now and highly recommend them. I have noticed my nails are strong and my acne has improved (though I started a few other acne products at the same time as these so it may be coupled with that). These taste wonderful and are the highlight of my daily vitamin routine because of the flavor! That said, I am saddened to see the recent change in formula as I now go to buy my next bottle. I will give it a chance because I like the product, but am weary as lemon likely won’t taste as great as these did. I will update my review soon to comment on the lemon flavor!Edit: the new flavor is terrible and will definitely keep me from buying more. Too bad, I did enjoy these.
