I decided to start taking vitamins, specifically D a couple of years ago after my partner got diagnosed with MS. The current RDA for vit D is arguably too low in northern countries so decided to support my system. I have been using hard, swallowable pills but the experience isn’t great particularly when one gets stuck.I’ve heard of Centrum so thought I’d give these a try. 2 gummies a day, a jar lasting around a month at 41.5p a day. Expiry date is July 2024 – a year away.The gummies themselves have a consistency much like a popular sweet brand. They have a good taste, not too much that you want to keep eating them (don’t do that) but not offensive like other vitamins.Difficult to know if they work without a blood test but I have more faith in a brand I have heard of.Contains 82% (EU-nutrient reference value) of Vit A, 200% Vit D, 83% Vit E, 150% Vit C and 56% Zinc.

Centrum are a big brand of vitamins and this new pot of multivitamins is really nice. They are orange flavoured and you have to eat 2 little cubes each day. They taste just like jelly sweets and are very tasty. They have the standard vitamins in them and they sell for a decent price. Overall I was really pleased with this product.

Vitamins by Centrum, these are very tasty recommended dosage twice a day. One thing I like about these they are a tasty orange flavour.My teenager doesn’t have to be prompted to take them. Contains A, C, D & Zinc. Two a day provides a 30 day supply, so definitely will need to repurchase.

Having a good multivitamin is useful for a range of situations when you might not get enough of key nutrients from your normal diet and gummies seem to be all the rage at the moment as a way of taking them. Especially if you have health issues it’s even more useful than ever to have a good tablet to take every day.These gummies come in a good container that holds the vitamins well and is reasonably easy for an adult to access. The gummies have a limited range of vitamins and supplements, concentrating on the key vitamins A-D plus zinc though all at decent percentages of recommended allowances. The gummies have a pleasant taste and are smaller but a little tougher than others I’ve needed to chew.Overall though these are absolutely fine as vitamins and could do a lot of us good I’m sure taking them regularly.
