I am very prone to catching anything going round, but since I started taking these I have not been as poorly.I had horrendous flu like symptoms before I started taking these, but since I’ve been on them, I’ve not caught any nasty bugs going round.They taste nice & have a softer consistently compared to the chewy gummies.

I don’t usually leave reviews but needing something to boost my immune system as I’m recovering from shingles that really knocked me side ways I thought I’d give these a try and after 3 days I felt a difference personally to take 2 twice a day I do think they are on the expensive side maybe if there was a months supply the price wouldn’t be that bad but on the plus side they are working for me 😊 would use again 😊
