I’ve been using biotin for over a year now and I find it amazing. Just before I started taking it, I had been seriously ill and in and out of hospital for three months, during which time, my once thick hair had become very thin. My finger and toe nails even started falling off.After researching says of trying to help me recover, I came across Biotin on Amazon and read the reviews, which were so good and so many people had recommended it, i decided to give it a try. After a few months of using it I found it had vastly improved both my hair which had started to look a lot better and my nails started to grow back.Now well over a year later, my hair is thicker and healthier than its ever been and my nails are strong and really long, in fact they’ve never been this good, even before I was ill.Even though my hair and nails are vastly improved, I’m going to continue using it to keep them in good shape. I also think my skin is in better condition and in general I feel better than I’ve ever felt too.I love the fact it’s vegan and vegetarian friendly too. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with thinning hair or brittle nails, to me its been a minor miracle that has helped me recover, and get my hair looking better than ever.

Just started taking it, so will review in 6 months if any change. It is small and easy to swallow. The tablet itself doesn’t smell much, but you get a big whiff of a smell from the bottle.. not the worst and not a deal breaker.. yet.

These tablets are absolutely fantastic, a hair saver. Started using them less than 2 months ago when I was losing a fist full of hair every day. Massive improvement, literally hardly any hair falling now and a lot of re-growth too.

Can’t comment on the effectiveness of the tablets but boy oh boy do they smell and taste vile. Yes, we all know that some, supplements especially, tablets do pong/taste bad, but these are truly evil. I have a keen sense of smell too so I’m not sure whether I’m going to be able to continue taking them as they really do make me gag!!

in terms of odor, I think it smells like the collagen powder I used to drink, but it won’t affect your breathe at all, so it’s totally fine to me.can see small hair growing after 2 weeks of consumption. looking forward to see if it can help grow thicker hair.I’ve tried different biotin products before, this Nutravita Biotin is really good value and convenient to buy 1 yr portion in one go.

I was looking for a supplement as I felt my hair was thinning and was advised to try Viviscal, which is very expensive. I did my research and found Biotin. Decided to give it a try for a few months. At the price, I wasn’t losing much if they didn’t work. I’ve been taking them now for 3 months and can’t believe the difference! My hair is definitely back to normal but the biggest difference is my nails. They would break and split but are now strong and the longest they’ve ever been. Biotin is a fraction of the price of Viviscal but I would highly recommend them. They might not work for everyone but definitely worth trying them out for a few months before going for the expensive options.
