Check very carefully with other brands. Many say 180 tablets and high potency. In the small print it will tell you you have to take 2 or 3 a day. The pills are tiny so this is all about fooling the customer. Unethical. I did get caught first time. These are a bit more expensive per tablet but the best value per daily dose. Don’t be fooled.Do biotin tablets work. I can tell on my big toe. There’s a ridge across the big toe nail when I started to take biotin. Behind of the ridge the nail is thicker and looks much healthier. So it’s visible. Finger nails grow quicker too
