The tablets themselves are tiny so no problem with swallowing and they have no aftertaste. I would think that they would even suit anyone who normally has a problem with taking large capsules or tablets. Biotin is one of the B vitamins which, I understand, is needed for metabolism and energy production in the body as well as being well known for hair and skin health.The dose is a 12,000mg and the tablets are Vegan friendly. Taking into account the quantity of tablets and the high strength, in my opinion, they are very good value. I team mine up with Zinc for added effectiveness as it seems to work well for me with the Biotin.

These Biotin supplements have loads of positives to them. The tablets themselves are genuinely TINY, so are very easy to swallow. You also get a whopping 365 in the bottle, so enough for the whole year at a very reasonable cost. The bottle comes with a secure seal, and the use-by date on mine is more than a year away. I wanted to try these as Biotin is said to help with thinning hair, which I’m suffering from. However I’m being cautious with my dosage so far as this is a much higher dose than is usually recommended.

This biotin supplement comes in the form of 365 one a day tablets in a small container which measures just over 4 inches 910cm) by just under 2 inches (5cm) across. The tablets themselves are very small which is shown by the fact that the 365 tablets only take the bottom third of the container. I do dislioke wasteful packaging though the container itself is recyclable.The open container, held to the nose has a faint pleasant smell. The tablets are only a few millimetres across have a faint but pleasant smell, a faint but pleasant taste and no real aftertaste. They are extremely easy to swallow.The tablets are vegan friendly and UK made I have been taking biotin for quite some time for my hair, skin and nails. This is an excellent price for such a long term supply and is extremely easy to take. The expiry date for the tablets was 32 months after delivery (more than 2 ½ years)

With a years supply of Biotin in one bottle this is great value for money. The tablets are small and round, although they are not coated, but they are easy to swallow. They are also to be taken with food and liquid.Biotin is one of the most important vitamins and helps with our metabolism, energy production as well as keeping up healthy hair and nails. These tablets have a good strength of Biotin to them, although I understand having additional supplements such as Zinc and Selenium in with them can be beneficial.As an aside, the bottle itself could be smaller as there is a lot of empty space in one and therefore plastic is being wasted – I have had other supplements where the bottle size is perfect for the tablets it contains, so I know it’s possible.I’m looking forward to seeing the benefits from taking this and I may even share them with my husband!

I got these to see if it helps with my malting hair and brittle nails. So far ive not noticed too much of a difference but its only been a couple weeks. It does however make my urine rather yellow as its such a high dose.Health articles say up to 300mg a day for max of 6 months is “safe” thats 300000mcg so i would say taking this for a year is within safety levels.Ill update this review after a few months if i notice changed to my brittle nails and hair quality as nails take a while to grow but so far my toenails are still brittle and break easy. But unfair to say it doeant work yet as theres still l plenty of time before it will work for nails etc.But as vitamin b7 is good for liver and eyes as well as others it should only be positive results

Looking at the bottle in which they come, you really wouldn’t think there’s a year’s supply of biotin pill inside. But there is! The pills are very small, so 365 of them easily fit in.Initially, I was wary of taking these supplements, on account of the company’s website (as printed on the label) merely redirects to a ‘domain sold’ page. Upon further investigation, it seems that the company is legitimate, based in England, and has been trading for over a decade. That reassured me.Being so small, the pills are exceptionally easy to swallow, with little risk of them not going down, and ending up dissolving in my mouth, which does happen with larger pills.I use biotin (aka vitamin B7) as a supplement to help with brittle nails and thinning hair. At the moment, it’s too soon to tell if it works, but what I have noticed is that my nails grow a lot faster than before, and I’m having to trim them at least once a week. I can’t be certain that they are any less brittle, but they *seem* to be healthier.Expiry date is set in 2026, so there’s plenty of life left in them! The price is excellent for the quantity received. Long term effectiveness has yet to be determined.
