To be fair before I bought this I read alot of negative reviews talking about the taste and texture of them but good reviews on the effects it had on people’s nails hair and skin etc.Gave these a try , and I have to say i really love the taste. I don’t feel that it taste weird, bizarre or artificial candies or anything like that- Though you cant taste the “raspberry and blueberry” natural flavouring. I was ill alot as a child and was given lots of liquid medication and the gummies taste just like it 😂😂😂 ( in the nicest way possible), it also has a hint of sprite? I definitely prefer the texture of these gummies more than Harribos, midget gems or any other highstreet gummies as they dont stick to your teeth. I also take apple cider vinegar and multi vitamins gummies from other companies and i can say that these biotin gummies-texture and taste is so much better !! Overally, taste and texture wise -I would give it a 10/10.Now , I do feel my nails growing stronger and longer quicker these past few weeks, my hair growing longer as well, and my skin clearing up abit. However I don’t know if I can credit these 100% because I have been using doing alot more self care; rosemary oil on scalp before wash, looking after natural nails more as well as nail aid, Better diet and taking skin care more seriously. This isn’t to discourage anyone from buying it , but if you are looking to look after yourself more , definitely take these along with any other self care methods that go along with the purpose of these gummies, you will see a huge difference!! I am looking forward to have these everyday i love the smell and the taste and knowing its benefits that my body needs its a plus! I purchased it on subscription initially for abit of discount which I will definitely keep on !!

I have been taking these gummies for 5 weeks and I have already noticed a significant change in my hair health. I have curly Caucasian hair which has been through it all, bleaching, heat, etc. The changes; my hair is more shiny, far less breakage due to brushing, which has already increased length, my hair is more resistant, curls seem to”bounce back” after being styled in a bun or pony tail. I can’t rate this product enough, for what it costs it’s made a true difference and I have tried everything under the sun to benefit my hair health but these will now be a must for me as part of my routine

First thing I noticed is they are more like Jelly Babies than gummies and I am not a fan of Jelly Babies.Also I am on Keto. I bought them thinking the carb level is only 2.5g but these are pretty much all refined sugar so it doesn’t work with my diet. I have tried other Biotin products before and they seem to work although I mainly only notice it on my nails rather than my hair.I will have to buy a keto tablet alternative but there doesn’t seem to be any gummies for hair that are keto.
