These seem to help with issues that I have been having with my stomach, that’s why I bought them. Not medically proved by based on my own useage. Less wind and gurglingly tummy noise, could be coincidence or it could be the apple cider. Hopefully this will get through the reviewers as a geniune review of the benfits to me of these tablets

I had previous version for 3/4 years before they adapted to complex unfortunately the complex didnt agree with my tummy or my families tummies maybe a ingredient thats been added didnt suit us, so have regrettably had to stop the Complex ACV which is sad as a great Brand may be they might revert back to the original ones and I can re start

I didn’t like the strong vinegar flavour 😕 &found that they kept coming back on me .Sorry but wouldn’t recommend these.
